Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At Proven Spaces, our goal is to provide you with outstanding service every time. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and you may need to make adjustments. To ensure we can continue to serve all our clients effectively, please take note of our updated policies below.

Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This gives us time to adjust our schedule and offer your time slot to another client. Should you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

We know that unexpected circumstances arise, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes, and we’ll work together to find a new time that suits you.

Refund Policy:
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
